Agreement

By using ConstructionTally (the apps and constructiontally.app) you agree to these terms with Tech with you LLC.

Estimates only

Results are estimates based on the sizes and options you enter and on typical product data (for example bag yields and sheet sizes) that vary by manufacturer and region. Check quantities before you buy. ConstructionTally is not a substitute for a qualified professional: structural parts (headers, rafters, stairs, load-bearing walls), electrical and plumbing work must follow your local building codes and be designed or approved by a licensed professional where required.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tech with you LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on an estimate, including over- or under-ordering materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Purchases

If paid features are offered, they are sold through the App Store or Google Play (and Stripe on the web), under those stores' terms. Refunds follow the store's policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
